HR COORDINATOR/DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Qualifications:

  • Male Only
  • More than 3 years of Experience in relevant field in HR related activity

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute project-related copies to internal teams.
  • File documents in physical and digital records.
  • Create templates for future use
  • Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients
  • Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
  • Collect and register all technical documents such as drawings and blueprints in the company’s system.

WASI utilizes the latest engineering software for structural steel design, analysis, shop drawing preparation, and computer numerical coded (CNC) equipment for fabrication.
