We seek a dynamic and experienced Coastal Sales Manager to drive sales growth and manage operations across key regions.
SALES MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Sales and Distribution experience, preferably in the telecommunications or electronics industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and distribution activities in Coastal, Highlands, Wewak, and Goroka regions.
- Based in Port Moresby, the incumbent will develop strategies to expand market share, lead a high performing sales team and ensure seamless product distribution.
- Sales and Distribution Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets across assigned regions.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train and manage a team of sales representative.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to drive success.
- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationship with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Operational Insight: Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to maintain timely product availability.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular updates for senior management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Develop long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- Ensure effective distribution of products to all territories
