Panel Beater

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Panel Beater
• Can communicate well in English and well detailed and oriented.
• Excellent communication is a fundamental soft skill for any panel beater
• Proficient in surface preparation, including cleaning, buffing and polishing both manually and with machines.
• Good organization skills
• Flexibility to be on call and perform overtime
• Solid hands-on technical skills, developed through trade training and experience
• Must have good time management skills
• Team player and customer satisfaction-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (written & verbal)
• Punctuality, reliability, honesty and trustworthy
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be able to work under pressure and maintain quality work
• Must have a driver’s license

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary Net AUD 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 annual
• Rent free accommodation and utilities
• No placement fee and processing fee
• Permanent stable employment on a two-year contract
• Return airfare from point of origin
