FOREMAN CIVIL (Mason)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Solid background experience on earthwork or land development projects.
• Familiar on survey data and with basic knowledge on surveying instrument

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate and schedule labour, equipment, and materials required for construction activities co-ordination of resources – plant, people, materials, equipment
• Record completed works to check if met Production Targets
• Direct and oversee construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
• Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Ensure proper maintenance and storage of tools and equipment.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with complete job description.
• Diploma / Transcript of Records / Training Certification/s.
• Certificate of Employment/s.
• Scanned Copy of a valid Passport.
