Caregiver (Careworker)

Qualifications:

• Open to both male and female applicants
• Must have completed a 3-year contract as a Care Worker under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP) (Ex-trainees must provide a Completion Certificate)
• Ex-trainees from other fields must pass the Proficiency Test (Prometric) for Nursing Care.
• SSW applicants who are not ex – trainees are required to pass both the Proficiency Test (Prometric) for Nursing Care and JLPT N4 exam or its equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Assistance during meal time and other related meal activity
• Assistance during recreational activities
• Bathing assistance, dressing and oral hygiene assistance

Requirements:

• WORD FORMAT of your RESUME with skype ID (it’s a MUST) not JPG or screenshot
• Certificate of Employment (COE)
• Training Certificate
• Company IDs
• Valid passport
• PEOS, E-REG, POEA info sheet
