QC PIPING ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of inspection experience, with at least 5 years directly related to supervising construction activities (preferably in oil & gas/petrochemical or power plant construction).
• University degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering major preferred).
• Technical certifications such as CWI, ASME CODE, ASTM, PMS.
• Experience working in construction for piping work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Saudi Aramco Approval as Piping work Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of piping installation and welding work for the project
• Supervision of spool fabrication work shop for the project.
• Supervision of piping support installation and fabrication work for the project
• Supervises the subcontractor’s for piping welding activities on projects.
• Review and interpret isometric drawings and specifications with engineering document
• Review construction method statements according to project specifications.
• Train construction personnel, including subcontractors, and provide guidance in performing their duties
• Coordination and collaboration of construction work with client.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments of the company for piping installation activities.
• Supervise the receipt of materials on site to ensure compliance with Piping quality standards.
