CIVIL / CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Qualifications:
- Prove experience as a Site Supervisor in building construction projects in Saudi Arabia (Ex Abroad ONLY)
- In-depth knowledge of constructions methods, materials and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with Driver’s License
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software and fluent in English and both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site supervision and leadership to construction teams, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor and enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
- Coordinate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes and standards
- Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to project stakeholders
- Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely delivery of construction materials and equipment
- Train and mentor junior site staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
