Qualifications:

•  2–5 years of experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience in oil & gas is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office activities, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Maintain filing systems, records, and databases for easy access and retrieval.
• Assist project managers and engineers with administrative support during project execution.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
• Provide support during client meetings, presentations, and site visits
