Foreman Joinery Carpenter

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Or with GED Certificate preferred and carpentry construction experience
• Physical stamina to perform tasks in various weather condition
• Attention to detail with organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer’s expectations
• Responsible for overall plant / factory performance, expediting the receiving and shipping of goods and ensuring efficient, organized stocked goods.
• Operate tools, machines, and other equipment to complete production of invoiced goods.
• Cut elements to angles with machines, and other equipment to complete production of invoiced goods.
• Ensure that all finished work meets quality standards, project specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to identify defects, snags, or deficiencies in finishing work and coordinate their resolution.
• Communicate effectively with the project team and ensure smooth projects completion
• Ensure precision and accuracy in measurements and joinery techniques to produce structurally sound and visually appealing
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
• To perform all task and responsibilities of carpentry works and commit to factory safety procedures.
• Monitor junior colleagues and trigger corrective actions and oversee work schedules to ensure coverage
• Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary cost maintaining current quality standards
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
• Read and interpret cutting list for wood and responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
• Keep the warehouse and workstation in good and clear order
• Perform all tasks and responsibilities of carpentry works
