PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Qualifications:

• A degree in physiotherapy or a related field, such as exercise science.
• Proven experience working as a physiotherapist.

Responsibilities:

• Making assessments of patients physical conditions.
• Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
• Conducting complex mobilization techniques
• Referring patients to doctors and other medical practitioners
• Planning and implementing the physiotherapy programs (protocols).
• Ensure that patient is receiving the appropriate medical care and recovering the optimal health. To be responsible for high quality of treatment of the patients
• Neuro -Care, Neuro-ICU (stroke unit, head inquiry and spinal cord injury unit, pediatric unit), Neuro rehabilitation program, (Motor learning programme MLP), movement therapy, selective trunk activity (STA), proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
• Gait re-education including calibre training, tilting table manual, teaching wheel chair skills.
• Orthopedic care post-operative fracture and spine rehabilitation, joint replacement rehabilitation, Joint dislocation rehabilitation, repetitive and other soft tissue monilisation selective soft tissue, muscle energy technique (met), myofascial treatment
