MIXOLOGIST

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Require minimum of two years experience in four/five star hotel and restaurant.
• Can speak and understand English very well and Arabic language advantage
• Have the ability to read and comprehend instructions, short Correspondence and memos.

Responsibilities:

• Create a diverse range of cocktails and drinks, following established recipes and using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Train and develop all the bar tenders in the hotel in all outlets
• Smart , presentable, pleasant and customer service oriented in serving the guest
• Check and monitor the consistency of quality, presentation and the taste of cocktails are maintained in all the outlets.
• Develop new and unique cocktail recipes to enhance the bar’s offerings and attract customers
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, recommending drinks, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and following hygiene and safety standards
• Showcase various mixing and garnishing techniques and experts in shaking, stirring, muddling, layering, and other methods to create well balanced and visually appealing drinks.
• Pays great attention to the visual appeal of their creations.
• The presentation of a cocktail, including the choice of glassware, garnishes, and garnish
  placement, can significantly enhance the overall experience.
• Knowledgeable about responsible alcohol service and safety guidelines and aware of local laws and regulations related to the sale and consumption of alcohol.
• Keep up-to-date with beverage trends, spirits, and mixology techniques.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create drink and food pairings.
