Cleaner for the kitchen
Qualifications:
- At least 2-5-years’ experience as a Cleaner for the kitchen
- Must have a Vocational Course on related field
- Candidates must have passport.
- Can communicate in English language.
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proven experience cleaning in kitchen setting
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Candidates must be highly responsible and reliable.
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all dishes, workstations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.
Sweeping and mopping floors. - Operate trash compactor and dishwasher, clean, wash and store pots, pans and dishes.
- Washed dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
- Placed clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintained kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
- Stocked supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
