Rubber Extrusion Processing Worker

Qualifications:

  • Work experience in manufacturing
  • Candidates must have passport.
  • Can communicate in English language (minimum B1 level)
  • Candidates must be physically fit
  • Candidates must have a clean criminal record.
  • Endurance to stand for long hours
  • Flexibility to work in shifts

Responsibilities:

  • Operation of the press for vulcanization of rubber products
  • Processing of rubber products.
  • Set up, operate and tend machinery used for mixing, calendering, extruding, moulding and curing rubber materials or rubber products
  • Load or feed rubber, pigments, filler, oil and chemicals into machines
  • Check and monitor processing conditions and product quality
  • Adjust machines to proper setting as required
  • Marking of products and their packaging
