CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• Age 25 to 48 years old
• Minimum of 3 years work related experience

Job Description:

• Proficiency in culinary techniques, food preparation, and presentation across various sections of the kitchen.
• Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in specific culinary areas such as sauces, pastry, grill, etc.
• Assisting in menu planning, contributing ideas for new dishes, and ensuring consistency in food quality.
• Ability to lead and supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.
• Managing inventory, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and working efficiently to meet service deadlines.
• Bringing creativity and innovation to the culinary process, experimenting with flavors, and presenting dishes attractively

Compensation:

• Yearly renewable contract
• 11 months working one month paid vacation
• Free health insurance , accommodation, transportation , according to experience
