Generator Technician

Qualifications:

• Generator & tower lights experience. (Cummins – CAT – Perkins)
• Qualified experience in the same field
• Electric Diagrams, excitation system analysis, AVR mechanism
• Ability to measure alternator insulation/megger test.
• Using computerized software and diagnosis tools.
• Engine mechanical and electrical system control.
• Able to work as a team player and leader with a good attitude.
• Able to learn new and teach others.

Responsibilities:

• Perform safe, professional, high-quality, and timely inspection, diagnosis, and repair of all types of diesel generators, low and medium voltage, and tower lights as well.
• Diagnosis of diesel generator problems using manuals, schematics, and various test equipment (Including PC Diagnosis)
• Perform complex maintenance & repairs for the engine and alternator of the diesel generator.
• Run load bank test on diesel generator.
• Diagnose and repair any issues found during initial testing.
• Perform voltage changes on generators based on customer requirements.
• Re-wire, adjust, and install control panels and voltage regulators.
• Adjust speed controls and various settings.
• Change oil/ filters and perform preventive maintenance on units.
• Perform safe, professional, high-quality, and timely inspection, diagnosis, and repair.
• Performing engine, and alternator overhauling.
• Perform harness assembly of the generator.
• Reinstall generator controllers.

We have a fleet of more than 200 medium and large sized Heavy Duty Hydraulic Cranes with capacity ranging from 50 tons to 500 tons. Transportation fleet consists of low-bed and flat-bed trailers and Heavy Equipment Rental including earth moving equipment and forklifts.

Our manpower consists of Rigging Supervisors, Crane Operators, Trailer Drivers, Heavy Equipment Operators, and Riggers. All our crane operators and Heavy Equipment operators are having valid Saudi Government License. Our Crane Operators are also having Saudi Aramco Crane Operator Certification and valid third-party license. We have Saudi Aramco Certified Riggers as well.

Our clientele includes Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SCECO, LSTK Electro Mechanical Contractors and its subcontractors.
