HVAC TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience is required.
• Must have adequate work experience as an HVAC Technician in different establishments, preferably hotel
• Preferably with vocational and training certificate in HVAC or air conditioning and refrigeration program at a technical school.
• Ability to communicate in basic English language to discuss issues with the hotel superiors
• With good physical built and stamina to perform the job such as climbing, crawling, bending, lifting and pushing heavy objects

Responsibilities:

• Install, provides preventive care, maintenance and repair of various heating, ventilation and cooling systems and equipments of the hotel
• Maintenance and working with furnaces, thermostats, heat pump systems, air conditioning and refrigeration equipments.
• Conducts performance tests with specialized tools and adjustment of system settings including controls, gauges, meters and other equipments
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipments and provides emergency repairs when necessary
• Diagnosing both mechanical and electrical faults of the HVAC systems
• Assemble, install, test, repair and maintain the electrical systems of the heating, ventilation and cooling systems
• Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves and other necessary tools.
