Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Good knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery operation and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to analyze equipment malfunctions and develop corrective actions.
Job Description
- In charge of overall operations including cleanliness and safety condition in the workshop and its compound.
- Lead heavy equipment mechanics in the implementation and conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of all company equipment.
- Proper supervision of corrective and preventive maintenance works.
