Site Manager (Construction)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / College Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
  • Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, safety standards, and legal regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily on-site operations and coordinate all phases of the construction process
  • Implement project plans and schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
  • Direct and supervise site staff, subcontractors, and craft workers to achieve project objectives
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Manage site budgets, materials, and equipment usage efficiently
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks on-site
