Waiter / Waitress

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Previous work experience with Bistro Group, Moment Group of Restaurants, or similar restaurant establishments is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and dining etiquette.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous, and professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and answer guest inquiries regarding food and beverage selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards and guest requirements.
• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests while ensuring orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests, concerns, and special needs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health code standards when handling food and beverages.
• Perform shift duties including setting up service stations, rolling silverware, delivering racks of cups, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables, and removing debris.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow company policies, customer service standards, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
