OPERATIONS MANAGER
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong experience in commissioning, start-up, and plant operations.
- Proven leadership, operations management, and project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of HSE systems, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with commissioning procedures, operations systems, and maintenance planning.
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, operational performance, and risk management activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and plant operations activities.
- Oversee commissioning, start-up, testing, and plant handover activities to ensure operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and industry regulations throughout all project phases.
- Manage project schedules, operational budgets, manpower, and team performance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, and project personnel.
- Prepare commissioning procedures, operational reports, execution plans, and technical documentation.
- Lead operations and maintenance systems implementation and monitor plant performance.
- Support risk management activities, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure safe and efficient plant performance while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
