SENIOR ARCHITECT
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architecture, with prior involvement in 5-star hotel or resort projects.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Urban Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Male applicants are preferred.
- Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and other relevant tools.
- Strong design, visualization, and project management skills.
- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design buildings, developing detailed plans specifying materials, costs, and construction schedules.
- Work closely with clients and other architects to translate design concepts into practical, functional structures.
- Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare or supervise the preparation of architectural drawings, specifications, and other construction documents for contractors and tradespersons.
- Prepare bidding documents, participate in contract negotiations, and assist in awarding construction contracts.
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for proposed building projects.
- Inspect ongoing construction to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Produce project-related correspondence, reports, and documentation.
- Identify and address environmental, legal, and regulatory issues related to building projects.
- Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software to visualize designs and communicate concepts effectively.
