STRUCTURAL DESIGNER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience
• Strong knowledge in structural design for villa-scale projects
• Proficient in:
  • ETABS
  • SAFE
• Experience in structural analysis and load calculations
• Ability to verify design safety and compliance with standards
• Skilled in producing:
  • 3D structural models
  • 2D construction drawings/documents
• Experience working with:
  • Structural steel
  • Reinforced concrete
  • Wood structures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• No minimum educational attainment required (experience-based qualification accepted)

Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for villa-scale projects
• Ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with codes and standards
• Develop and review structural models using ETABS and SAFE
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for construction
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Review and validate structural plans and specifications
• Identify and resolve design issues and inconsistencies
• Support project execution with technical guidance
• Maintain proper documentation of design calculations and outputs
