AGS Global Services Pty Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Technician to join its team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various automated systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in a relevant field.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Must know how to drive a manual vehicle.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Experience in automation systems and industrial doors/gates is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain automatic gates, slat/roller industrial doors, boom gates, rapid doors, and automatic doors.
• Diagnose faults and carry out efficient repairs and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong rapport with clients.
• Work independently and manage assigned service tasks effectively.
• Operate and drive manual vehicles when required.
