HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field
• Experience in reputable 4-star or 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or top-tier hospitality environments
• Knowledge of cleaning operations, grooming standards, and BICSc standards
• Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals
• Strong understanding of quality control, safety, and environmental compliance
• Ability to manage teams and ensure service excellence
• Male applicants are preferred for this role

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily housekeeping and cleaning operations
• Ensure all cleaning activities are performed according to contractual requirements and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor staff performance and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Interpret and evaluate cleaning schedules, reports, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper procedures, grooming, and standards
• Oversee the proper use of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with service providers
