AUTO MECHANIC

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an auto mechanic (gasoline and diesel engines)
  • Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive or related field
  • Knowledge of under chassis systems and basic auto electrical work
  • Experience with automatic transmission systems is an advantage
  • Female applicants are preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain gasoline and diesel vehicles
  • Perform under chassis repairs including suspension, steering, and brake systems
  • Conduct basic auto electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Inspect vehicles and identify mechanical issues
  • Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and system checks
  • Assist in repairing and maintaining automatic transmission systems (if applicable)
  • Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards
