SOFT SERVICE SUPERVISOR/HOUSEKEEPING SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning operations
• Prior experience in 4-5 star hotel industry preferred
• Proven experience managing large-scale facilities (government, hotel, corporate projects)
• Strong organizational, observation, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to manage and motivate housekeeping teams effectively

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and housekeeping operations
• Ensure cleaning standards meet 4-5 star hotel or facility management requirements
• Monitor staff performance and provide training, guidance, and motivation
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and hygiene standards
• Plan and manage housekeeping schedules, supplies, and inventory
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental protocols
• Coordinate with facility management and clients for service excellence
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and resource utilization
