RETAIL SHOP PROMOTER

Qualifications:

  • Female, 25–29 years old
  • Minimum height of 5 ft.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Retail Shop Promoter
  • Experience in alcohol/beverage or FMCG industry is an advantage
  • Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Presentable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities:

  • Promote products effectively to customers at retail points
  • Assist customers with product information and recommendations
  • Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising
  • Support sales targets and promotional campaigns
  • Collect customer feedback and report to management
  • Ensure professionalism and high standards of customer service
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility
