FILIPINO EXECUTIVE CHEF
Qualifications:
- Male, 25–40 years old
- With experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Diploma, certification, or degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute menus with creativity and attention to quality
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and sanitation
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and high performance
- Maintain inventory and control food costs while minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Innovate and introduce new dishes in line with restaurant concepts and customer preferences
- Collaborate with management to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction
