Job Vacancy: FORKLIFT OPERATOR

Alfa Works Kft. is seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods within our facility, ensuring efficient and safe movement of materials. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, organizing, and stacking goods, while also performing basic forklift maintenance as needed.
FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- TESDA Certificate for forklift operation.
- Valid Driver’s License (Code B) is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience as a forklift operator or in a similar role.
- Strong English communication skills for coordination and reporting.
- Must have experience with reach trucks (please provide a video showcasing your skills).
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and organizing goods.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for forklifts.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to move pallets, containers, and other goods within the warehouse or facility.
- Properly load and unload goods from trucks, trailers, and storage areas.
- Stack and organize materials in a systematic and efficient manner to maximize space and improve inventory management.
- Operate reach trucks (experience required; a video showcasing this skill must be provided).
- Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts, such as checking oil levels, tires, and other mechanical components, and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
