TEAM MANAGER – PRODUCTION (PRIMARY/SECONDARY)

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Production Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 26 years of experience in poultry production or any protein industry production.
  • Experience in high-volume operational environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience conducting internal Quality/HACCP audits and familiarity with ISO 22000 standards.
  • Knowledgeable in diagnosing and treating a wide range of poultry diseases and injuries.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Age range: 2537 years old.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead production teams across primary and secondary production lines.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and productivity targets are met.
  • Implement and monitor food safety and quality control measures in compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to operational and hygiene standards.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Train team members in safety, quality, and operational best practices.
  • Monitor production KPIs, report deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, incidents, and audits.
