SENIOR TEAM MANAGER – PRODUCTION (PRIMARY/SECONDARY)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Production Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 710 years of experience in poultry production or any protein industry production.
• Experience working in high-volume operational environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting internal Quality/HACCP audits and familiarity with ISO 22000 standards.
• Knowledgeable in diagnosing and treating a wide range of poultry diseases and injuries.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Age range: 3545 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams across primary and secondary production lines.
• Oversee daily operations of poultry or protein production, ensuring high productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures in line with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges effectively and proactively.
• Ensure team members are trained in safety procedures, quality standards, and operational best practices.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain proper documentation of production processes, incidents, and audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
