FIELD COORDINATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of working experience, preferably in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Male applicants are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project coordination.
• Ability to work effectively in both on-site and office environments.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all assigned project activities comply with Q Chern safety policies and procedures.
• Support the Construction Engineer in training contractor staff and monitoring compliance.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Act as Dedicated Site Representative (DSR) for assigned projects.
• Work in challenging environments: approximately 70% on-site and 30% office activities.
• Understand detailed construction scope, schedule, and sequence.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, departments, and contractors during project execution.
• Provide guidance and work direction to contractor supervisors.
• Review design drawings, method statements, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Review critical lift plans and ensure safe execution of operations.
