BMS TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants preferred.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting of BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, lighting, power, and security systems.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computerized control systems for HVAC, lighting, power, and security.
• Program and troubleshoot BMS to ensure smooth and efficient building operations.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for energy efficiency improvements.
• Respond to system alarms and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all BMS components.
• Collaborate with other facility teams to ensure integrated building system operations.
• Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance, and repairs.

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
