HVAC Technician (VRF Experience)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, specifically with VRF systems.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to work with VRF systems and familiarity with the specific requirements of these advanced technologies.
  • Technical certification in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Good understanding of refrigerant handling, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, with a focus on VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) technology.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform diagnostic tests on VRF systems and other HVAC equipment to identify and resolve faults.
  • Ensure all work is carried out according to safety regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer instructions.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, and installations completed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other maintenance team members when needed.
  • Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating at peak efficiency.
  • Ensure the proper installation of all HVAC components, including ductwork, refrigeration lines, and condensate drains.
