Multi Skilled Technician

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role in building maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of building systems and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Certification or formal training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on shifts if required.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensure that all building systems are operating at optimal performance and comply with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of building equipment and systems.
  • Maintain and repair electrical circuits, lights, fans, motors, pumps, plumbing systems, and HVAC units.
  • Record maintenance activities and keep accurate logs of all work completed.
  • Ensure proper operation and calibration of equipment to avoid system downtime.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to ensure the smooth running of operations.
