MEP Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role in construction or facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience in construction, real estate development, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on-site.
  • Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Inspect MEP systems including HVAC, electrical wiring, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within quality requirements.
  • Conduct routine inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of MEP activities and project updates.
  • Enforce workplace safety procedures and company policies.
