ELECTRICIAN / INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in electrical or installation work.
  • Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), or similar fields.
  • Male applicants are preferred.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network and electrical issues.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic splicing and outside plant (OSP) work is an advantage.
  • Strong adherence to safety standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform splicing of fiber optic cables and work on Outside Plant (OSP) infrastructure, including climbing poles and handling network equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain faulty wiring, damaged cables, and malfunctioning electrical equipment.
  • Upgrade network and electrical systems as required.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, electrical standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to efficiently resolve network and electrical issues.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
