Wailoaloa Hotel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Spa to lead and manage spa operations in the Fiji Islands. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in spa management, and the ability to ensure high-quality wellness services while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Director of Spa

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in the same field or spa management role
• Ability to provide a Certificate of Employment as proof of experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness programs, and spa operations
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Willing to work in the Fiji Islands

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure high service standards
• Manage and supervise spa staff, including therapists and support personnel
• Develop and implement spa programs, services, and wellness treatments
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards
• Monitor spa performance, budgets, and inventory management
• Maintain excellent guest relations and handle customer feedback professionally
• Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence
