Middle East Technical Solutions Company (METS) is seeking a skilled Procurement Engineer to manage the procurement process of materials, equipment, and services for projects in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Procurement Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in engineering or construction projects
• With valid passport for employment in Saudi Arabia
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems is a plus
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for projects
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
• Monitor purchase orders and track delivery schedules
• Ensure compliance with company policies, specifications, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to understand material requirements and project timelines
