Qualifications:

  • Male applicants are preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Experience as a Chef De Partie/Demi Chef De Partie / Commis Chef is a plus
  • Knows how to take order and serve to customers
  • Knows how to prepare hot and cold international cuisines
  • Experience in preparing hot & cold beverages (Barista skills is a plus)
  • Flexible & willing to work alone at a Bistro in a luxury residential community
  • Knowledgeable in food safety & proper hygiene in the kitchen
  • Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure daily operation of the front and back of house adheres to operating procedure guidelines
  • Prepare hot and cold food items per recipe guidelines
  • Adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
  • Monitor supply levels and replenish as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all food-handling and sanitation regulations
  • Prepares and serve ala carte food and deliver to tenants
