Photovoltaic (PV) system installation technician (Solar Technician)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• With full knowledge of commercial photovoltaic (PV) systems, designs and layouts, mounting panels, structural racking, wiring, orientations, and connections to on- grid/off-grid/hybrid systems, or as per project design.
• With certification or training evidence regarding Working at Heights, OSHA (or local equivalent), and a wireman’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Good previous experience in construction, roof works, electrical and PV work is highly necessary.
• Technically proficient in electrical stuff, knowledge about power tools, reading blueprints, and understanding electrical schematics.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for directing all culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring high-quality food standards
• To oversee food safety compliance, manage inventory and supplier relationships, control kitchen costs, and ensure efficient, safe service.
• Creating new menu items, developing recipes, and ensuring food quality and presentation and meet high standards.
• Ordering supplies, controlling inventory, managing food waste, and ensuring cost-efficient operations
• Maintaining strict compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Must have knowledge of preparing a large range of small Chinese dishes that are traditionally serve in Yumcha/Dim sum (Chinese Breakfast)
• Specialize in varieties of Seafood (Sichuan cuisine since Fiji is a lot of seafood).
