Machine Operator (OFFSET PRINTING MACHINE)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience operating offset printing machines (Heidelberg CX 102 or Komori GL 840).
• Skilled in setting up, adjusting, operating, maintaining, and monitoring offset printing machines according to production schedules.
• Experience in operating multicolor machines in B1 format.
• Knowledge of dispersion coating and UV coating processes.
• Familiarity with Heidelberg or Komori software. Basic computer skills (user-level PC operation).

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate Heidelberg CX 102 or Komori GL 840 offset printing machines.
• Adjust and correct machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Apply dispersion and UV coatings as required by production specifications.
• Utilize Heidelberg or Komori software for machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret production schedules and job orders accurately.
• Conduct quality checks using measuring tools to ensure precision and consistency
