CHEF (GREEK SEAFOOD)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Can speak and understand the English language
• With Culinary Certification or Certificate of Employment

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking authentic Greek cuisine using fresh seafoods.
• Develop new Greek inspired menus and sourcing of high quality ingredients,
• Managing kitchen operations and ensuring high quality food standards
• Overseeing/monitor kitchen staff, controlling food costs, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety protocols.
