NPI PROCESS ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred in this job
• Degree In Electronics or related engineering field or minimum 3 years experiences in semiconductor field.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for New Product Introduction program from design validation / pre-qualification till mass production release. Execute all NPI build by key processes.
• Product Development Support:  Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to develop and introduce new products.
• Ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design improvements.
• Process Design and Optimization:
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Optimize processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Pilot Production- Plan and execute pilot production runs.
• Analyze pilot run data and make necessary adjustments to processes.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and control plans.
• Ensure all documentation meets industry standards and company requirements.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure new products meet all quality standards.
• Implement process controls to maintain product quality.
• Train production staff on new processes and equipment.
• Provide ongoing support to production teams for process-related issues.
• Liaise with various departments (e.g., D&D, QA, Prod, Engineering, procurement, and supply chain) to ensure smooth product introduction.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure components meet required specifications
