SURVEYOR

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to support infrastructure projects, particularly in roads and bridges construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, ensuring accuracy in measurements, and assisting project teams in achieving precise project execution.

Qualifications:

• Relevant academic or technical qualification (degree, diploma, or certification)
• Preferably 10 years of total work experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC countries
• Strong background in roads and bridges construction
• Valid driving license is required

Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and construction site surveys using appropriate equipment
• Perform measurements and calculations for project layouts
• Prepare survey reports, maps, and data for engineering teams
• Ensure accuracy of survey data and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers for site requirements
• Set out project works in accordance with plans and specifications
• Monitor and verify alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, level)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and plans
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
