TEST PACK ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL/HULL)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• At least 3 years experience in Structural Steel
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Naval Architecture, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering).
• Proficient in interpreting isometric drawings, General Arrangement Drawings (GAD), and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
• Comprehensive knowledge of ship construction and relationships between trades.
• Competent in hydrostatic/pneumatic testing of pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Documentation: Develop detailed test plans, including test objectives, methodologies, tools, and schedules.
• Test Execution and Coordination: Organize, conduct, and support test activities in line with the project schedule, maintaining the pre-defined
  Run Down Curve (RDC) agreed with Project Management Team (PMT)/Joint Venture (JV).
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: Maintain a high-quality output in terms of test pack documentation, compiling all applicable reports and
  records arranged in a well-mannered format as per project requirements.
• Technical Discussions and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage in applicable technical discussions with clients, Engineering, and PMT to ensure
  contractual requirements are implemented as per assigned EPC project(s) specifications.
• Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed test plans, including test objectives, methodologies, tools, and schedules.
• Test Execution: Conduct various types of tests, such as functional, performance, integration, system, regression, and acceptance tests
