Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Cook and assemble dishes efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor food quality and fresh
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Assist with cleaning and closing duties.
• Follow instructions from chefs and supervisors.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Line Cook: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Expedite orders efficiently.
• Prep Cook: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling
