COMMISSIONING ENGINEER (MECHANICAL)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Proven experience of 6 years in pre-commissioning roles, specifically in fertilizer or Petrochemical process projects.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in mechanical pre-commissioning of systems such as piping, rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines), HVAC, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.
• Familiarity with fertilizer production processes, including ammonia, urea, or other related processes.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, pre-commissioning procedures, and associated codes/standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
• In-depth knowledge of safety protocols in the pre-commissioning phase, especially in hazardous industries like fertilizer manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot, identify issues, and provide effective solutions during pre-commissioning phases.
• Knowledge of pre-commissioning documentation such as checklists, reports, and manuals.
