Data Entry Operator/Document Assistant

Qualifications:

  • Higher National Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Good knowledge of drawings and documents in the Instrument/Electrical disciplines.
  • SAP knowledge is essential.
  • Certification in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access is essential.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in refinery/petrochemical facilities.
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of manual and electronic document control management systems and technical data.
  • Must possess at least level 3 English communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.

Requirements:

  • Updated Resume with recent clear photo
  • High School Diploma if High School Graduate
  • Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
  • Employment certificates (previous to present)
  • Trainings attended
  • Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
