Quality Controller (Civil Inspector)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 8 years work experience
• With experience in the evaluation of Batch Plants and Civil testing Laboratories capabilities and safety to meet requirements which include review and control of full-scale plants trials (concrete/asphalts/precast)
• Direct experience in the civil materials field/laboratory.
• Knowledge or experience in refractory, fireproofing, and structural steel

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of civil construction activities in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct visual and physical inspections of concrete works, structural steel, earthworks, and other civil elements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct material inspections and tests, including soil compaction, concrete slump, and reinforcement inspections.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation of inspections and test results.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
